Once we receive your application and feel you will be a great addition to our team, we will send you a link to our document site. You will notice that we require a copy of your SS card and a copy of your driver's license or state issued ID card when you fax or mail in your paperwork. This is to prove you are who you say you are. Anyone can write any name or social security number on a W-9 form.

As we all know there are fakes and scammers out there that give fake names and social security numbers so they can take advantage of the system. Our job is to protect our company, our readers, the callers and the networks we take calls for.  We have required  2 forms of ID since we started this company years ago and find it very effective in weeding out the unethical people out there.

We file 1099's at the end of each year for anyone that makes $600 or more. Your SS number is required for that.
